2019

Hacienda Build and Renovation was established with a clear mission to deliver high-quality building and renovation services built on trust, craftsmanship, and integrity. Starting with a small but passionate team, we began turning homeowners’ dreams into solid reality.

2020

First Major Residential Project Completed. We successfully completed our first large-scale residential renovation project, earning recognition for our attention to detail and reliable project delivery. Word-of-mouth referrals began fueling our growth.

2021

Expansion into Full-Service Construction. With increasing demand, we expanded our operations to include full construction services from foundation to finishing. This marked our transition from a renovation-focused company to a complete design and build firm.
